Filling Ingredients

4 cups fresh or frozen elderberries

1 ½ Cups White sugar or Sugar Substitute

4 Tablespoons Flour

2 Tablespoons Cornstarch

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a 3 quart or larger sauce pan.  Simmer on medium heat,

Carefully pour filling into bottom pie crust, do not overfill.

Cut decorative holes in top crust to vent.
